Thank you for shopping with Faith Streetwear. Because we use Printify (print-on-demand), all orders are produced individually when you make a purchase. Below you will find our complete shipping guidelines.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days
    (Most orders ship in 3–5 days)

During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, Holidays), production may take longer.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Times by Country

Shipping times vary depending on the fulfillment location and destination.

United States

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Estimated delivery:10-30 business days

United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

Europe

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

Rest of the World

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

These estimates include production + shipping.


3. Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking.
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Live tracking link

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.


4. Multiple Shipments

Because we use several Printify production partners, your items may arrive in separate packages, especially if:

  • You ordered multiple products

  • Different items are made at different facilities

  • Products require different production methods

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees.

  • These charges are not included in your order total.

  • Faith Streetwear is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.

Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.


6. Wrong Address Policy

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Orders cannot be refunded

  • If the package is returned, the customer must pay for reshipment

Please double-check your address at checkout.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed:

  • Check the tracking link for status updates

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Contact our support team if the package hasn’t moved in 10+ days

If the package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement free of charge after confirming with the print provider.

Packages marked “delivered” are not eligible for free replacement.


8. Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
