Thank you for shopping at Faith Streetwear.
Because we operate using Print-on-Demand (Printify), every product is made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with the product itself.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns or Exchanges (Made-to-Order Products)
All items sold on Faith Streetwear are custom-made when you place an order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, size exchanges, or refunds for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect address entered by the customer
Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives:

Damaged

Misprinted
-
Incorrect
-
Poor quality
We will replace it for FREE.
No return is required.
To process a replacement, email us within 7 days of delivery:

Description of the issue

Clear photos of:

The damaged area

Full product
-
Shipping label
-
Once confirmed, we will submit a claim to our print provider (Printify) and send a replacement at no cost.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

Contact us, and we will help you file an investigation with the carrier.

Replacements for lost or stolen packages are handled case-by-case.
Note: We cannot refund orders marked as “delivered.”
4. Wrong Address Policy
If the customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

We cannot refund the order.

If the item returns to the supplier, the customer must pay reshipping fees.
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Due to hygiene and print-on-demand production, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

7. Print & Color Disclaimer
Because each item is printed individually:

Small variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur.

These differences are NOT considered defects.
