1. What products do you sell?

We offer premium Islamic-inspired streetwear including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, caps, and accessories. All items are printed on demand through our production partner Printify.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide, including USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe.


3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the print provider used for your order:

  • USA & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: Processing/production time is usually 2–5 days.


4. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your location

  • The product type

  • The print provider fulfilling your order

We do not control Printify’s shipping fees.


5. How does Print-on-Demand work?

All products are made to order. When you place an order:

  1. We send your design and order to Printify.

  2. They print, pack, and ship the order directly to you.

This ensures high-quality prints and reduces waste.


6. Can I cancel or change my order?

We can only cancel or modify orders within 6 hours of purchase because production begins quickly.
After that window, changes may not be possible.


7. What is your return policy?

Because products are printed on demand, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Printing errors

  • Wrong size due to print provider mistake

If you have an issue, contact us with photos and your order number.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse


8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


9. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is defective

  • The item cannot be replaced

  • The order was never delivered

Otherwise, orders are final due to the custom nature of print-on-demand.


10. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


11. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • PayPal (if enabled)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (depending on your setup)


12. Are your designs exclusive?

Yes — all Faith Streetwear designs are original and created exclusively for our brand.


13. Do you offer bulk orders?
